VibeNAffirmations Podcast

Welcome to Vibe N Affirmations — where real conversations meet affirmations to keep you grounded, growing, and glowing.

Hosted by G, your favorite voice of reason (and sometimes chaos), this podcast explores the realities of modern relationships, dating, emotional intelligence, personal growth, and navigating life in your 20s and 30s.

Each episode dives into the conversations we’re all thinking about but don’t always say out loud — from love, boundaries, resentment, and healing to self-worth, accountability, and the messy process of becoming who you’re meant to be.

With a mix of humor, cultural insight, and honest reflection, Gee breaks down relationship dynamics, emotional patterns, and the lessons that come from real life experiences.

If you enjoy podcasts that blend relationship talk, self-development, and culture, Vibe N Affirmations is the space where those conversations meet.

Because sometimes the most important conversations are the ones that challenge how we think about love, growth, and ourselves.

Humans… stay solid, keep growing, and most importantly — keep vibing.

This week’s episode is a little different.
Vibe N Affirmations officially turned one year old, and it made me stop and reflect on something I don’t always allow myself to do… acknowledge the journey.
For a year now I’ve been pressing record, sharing my thoughts, my opinions, my reflections, and honestly figuring it out as I go. And if I’m being honest, I almost didn’t celebrate it because I’m always focused on what’s next. What more I could be doing. How much bigger this could be.
But someone reminded me of something important.
Consistency for a year is honorable.
Being your own coach for a year is honorable.
Continuing a mission that sometimes feels one-sided is honorable.
In this episode I talk about what it really feels like to build something from scratch, the quiet moments where you question yourself, and the courage it takes to keep showing up even when it feels like nobody is watching.
If you’ve ever been building something quietly, chasing a goal, or learning how to motivate yourself when the support isn’t always loud, this conversation is for you.
Because sometimes the biggest growth happens when you simply decide to keep going.
Thank you for being here for one year of Vibe N Affirmations.
Stay solid, celebrate your progress, and keep vibing.

You can forgive someone… and still never feel safe with them again.
In this episode of Vibe N Affirmations, G breaks down the difference between hurt and resentment, how unresolved pain quietly changes the dynamic of a relationship, and why forgiveness doesn’t always restore emotional safety.
Sometimes relationships don’t end because love disappears.
Sometimes they end because something happened that one person never truly got over.
We also explore the uncomfortable truth about grace vs healing, and why love can survive resentment for a while… but peace rarely does.

What happens when you choose yourself… and suddenly you’re the villain in someone else’s story?
Not because you lied. Not because you cheated. Not because you were reckless. But because you evolved.
In this episode of Vibe N Affirmations, G sits down with a special guest Chanti to unpack the quiet shifts that happen before relationships end — the red flags we ignore, the details that go unseen, and the moment you realize you’ve outgrown a version of yourself.
We talk about:
• Why people stay longer than they should• One big betrayal vs. a thousand small disappointments• Opening relationships — freedom or unmet needs?• Narrative vs. reality after a breakup• Ego, hurt, healing, and the need for “closure”• Losing a person vs. losing control of the story• Choosing peace — even when it makes you misunderstood
Sometimes endings don’t mean someone failed.Sometimes they mean someone finally became honest.
If you’ve ever been painted as the villain for choosing alignment over attachment, this conversation is for you.

Is Love Safe Anymore?!

Thursday Feb 12, 2026

Thursday Feb 12, 2026

This episode almost didn’t happen.
In this Valentine’s Week reflection, G explores why speaking about love feels vulnerable — and why love, especially collective and cultural love, feels fragile in today’s world.
From joy being critiqued to pride being politicized, this conversation moves beyond romance into something deeper: is love still safe?
Through personal reflection, cultural commentary, and the grounding reminder of 1 Corinthians 13, this episode examines love not as performance, but as discipline — patience, kindness, restraint, and protection in chaotic times.
Maybe love isn’t disappearing.Maybe it’s being tested.

We post our lives online, but we don’t talk enough about how our images are actually consumed.
In this episode of Vibe N Affirmations,  G is joined by Bleu Ether (@bleu.ether) for a real, unfiltered conversation about desire, validation, and boundaries in the digital age. From fantasizing over non-explicit photos to the blurred lines between attention and entitlement, we unpack the uncomfortable truths of being seen online.
We talk about what it means to be desired versus being consumed, how validation shapes what we post, and why digital consent is still a conversation we’re avoiding.
This episode isn’t about shame — it’s about awareness, agency, and redefining boundaries in a world that never logs off.
Stay solid. Stay aware. And keep vibing.

Masculinity is often confused with silence. Strength is mistaken for suppression. And vulnerability? Still treated like a liability for men.
In this episode of Vibe N Affirmations, G sits down with Canela — fitness coach, leader, and content creator — to talk about masculinity beyond performance, pressure, and public perception.
Together, they unpack:
Why men aren’t taught how to process emotion
The pressure of always being seen as “strong”
How honesty disrupts expectations without weakening masculinity
Growing up without emotional safety and learning it later in life
The difference between discipline and emotional shutdown
What strength actually looks like behind closed doors
This conversation isn’t about labels. It’s about truth, accountability, and emotional maturity.

Host G reflects on being single despite easily attracting people, and explores why connections often don’t last: lack of clarity, consistency, and long-term intention.
She emphasizes discerning standards—favoring alignment, emotional steadiness, and mutual understanding over settling for convenience—and asks listeners to consider whether vanished relationships were ever aligned with them.

In this episode of Vibe N Affirmations, G sits down with Jeff for a raw, grounding conversation about the phases of growth people don’t post: losing yourself, rebuilding discipline, learning boundaries, and why change can feel lonely—even when it’s saving your life.
Jeff opens up about quiet discipline, how he rebuilt trust with himself, the role of therapy and solitude, and the truth about peace feeling “heavy” before it finally feels light.
✨ Closing affirmation: “I’m allowed to outgrow old versions of myself, even if it once helped me survive.”

This episode of Vibes and Affirmations, hosted by G with guest Mav, explores how cognitive dissonance shapes the way we receive and resist information in an algorithm-driven world. Through an "Affirm or Unlearn" game and candid stories, they discuss identity, social media influence, anti-intellectualism, and the cost of avoiding uncomfortable truths.Rather than deciding who is right, the conversation invites listeners to reflect, think critically, and sit with discomfort as a path to growth and clearer understanding.

Monday Dec 29, 2025

In this episode, G unpacks what true accountability actually looks like—initiative, repair, and presence, not just a one-time apology. She explores the difference between intent and impact, the quiet harm caused by silence after conflict, the misuse of grace in relationships, and how emotional labor often gets mistaken for forgiveness.
Through honest reflection, this episode challenges listeners to stop normalizing hurtful patterns and start expecting accountability that includes action—not avoidance.
The episode closes with a powerful affirmation reminding you to honor your feelings, demand accountability that shows up in behavior, and release relationships that require you to beg for repair.
